It is used to realize seamless welding of color profiles such as film-coated profiles and co-extruded profiles.

1. The upvc seamless welding machine has four types: single-head, double-head, three-head and four-head. It can automatically switch between seam/seamless functions and is used for welding various plastic steel profiles, especially colored PVC, UPVC and Vinyl profiles. The tool life is longer, the welding pattern is uniform, and the welding flatness is better.

2. The upvc seamless welding machine head is widened and the welding height is increased. The height of the welding machine can also be customized. It is equipped with an extended feeding carriage to make the operation lighter and smoother.

3. The one-piece cast upper pressure clamp plate and square rail design are light and high in precision, and can maintain precision for a long time.

4. The extrusion knife is made of alloy steel and is precision-machined by positive air quenching. The fixed hole position of the knife is accurate, the knife is standardized, and can be replaced with each other.

5. The front panel adjusts and displays the air pressure, which is more convenient to adjust and more intuitive to use.

6. The air cooling and dust blowing system are adopted to make the welding corner cool faster, improve work efficiency, and automatically blow away the cleaned welding slag without manual cleaning.

7. The single-head machine is mainly used for double-sided seamless welding of integrated windows. Adding a special backing plate can weld the profile at 60-180 degrees.

8. One of the heads of the double-head machine is optimized and can directly weld the overall frame, curved windows, special-shaped windows, etc. It can weld shapes such as ┏, ┏┓, ┏┳, ┳┳, ╋╋, etc.
