2. Double-Layer Profile Clamping Structure

Upper and lower double compression design ensures high welding joint strength. Equipped with emergency stop and pressure relief device to improve overall operation safety.

3. Independently Adjustable Multi-Channel Pressure

Three independent pressure gauges separately control front clamping pressure, rear clamping pressure and feeding pressure. Effectively improve flatness of welding corners and reduce rework rate.

4. Flexible Working Mode of Welding Heads

Two welding heads can work separately or synchronously. Flexible to match different window sizes and meet mass production requirements of door & window workshops.

5. Custom Welding Support Jigs

We can produce special welding backing plates according to customers' UPVC profiles, compatible with mainstream 60 / 65 / 70 series profiles to achieve tight welding seams.

6. Mature Hot Melt Welding Technology

Standard model leaves 2mm welding seam. The seamless welding model realizes nearly invisible welding traces, satisfying production demands of high-end household PVC doors and windows.
