Equipment Features

 

Material selection: A large number of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel are used, which have excellent waterproof ability and extend the life of the equipment. The non-perforated design of the bottom plate of the double-layer bottom plate prevents water leakage from the bottom plate and ensures production safety and hygiene.

Cleaning process: A soft brush is used to clean different glass stains and avoid damaging the coating layer to ensure the optical performance and quality of the glass.

Drying part: The double-air knife circulating hot air technology is used to quickly and thoroughly dry the moisture on the surface of the glass. The fan has a good sound insulation effect and reduces noise pollution.

Backboard material: UV bright solid board is selected to provide reliable support and protection.

Electrical components: Low-voltage electrical appliances, sensors, PLC and other components of well-known domestic and foreign brands are widely used in insulating glass inline gas filling production line. It is equipped with six frequency converters, which can flexibly change the frequency and speed, and accurately control the production rhythm and process parameters.

Operation interface: The touch screen human-machine interface design is adopted to simplify the operation process. It has automatic diagnosis function, can monitor the equipment status in real time, and improve maintenance efficiency and production continuity.

Plate pressing part: adopts a large open structure for easy maintenance. The plate pressing air suspension design is equipped with a lower bracket to make the plate pressing process smooth and accurate. The plate pressing machine is also easy to maintain, which can ensure the operation of the equipment and the processing accuracy of the product.

 

Characteristics of gas filling inline

 

Pressing action: With the help of servo control, the panel pressing and unfolding are realized. The belt and screw drive ensure that the four corners are evenly stressed, improving the quality and sealing performance of the insulating glass.

Edge sealing control: Servo control technology is used to accurately control the edge sealing position and strength to ensure strictness and stability and prevent gas leakage.

Dimension measurement: It has the function of automatically measuring the height and width of the glass. The dimension information is obtained through high-precision sensors and fed back to the control system to provide a basis for setting process parameters.

Inflation method: Argon gas is inflated from bottom to top, and the natural rising characteristics of the gas are used to evenly distribute the gas to ensure that the gas volume meets the process requirements and improve the heat insulation and sound insulation performance of the glass.

Parameter setting: The inflation time and pressure can be automatically set and the gas volume can be accurately controlled. The operator can automatically inflate by inputting parameters.

Valve control: It can automatically open or close the inflation valve according to the width of the glass, avoiding waste of argon and achieving efficient use of resources.

Inflation volume display: It automatically displays the inflation volume, which is convenient for operators to monitor and adjust, ensuring that the inflation volume meets the standard requirements. The inflation effect is stable at more than 90%, reflecting the advancement and reliability of the equipment in inflation technology.
