Controllable precision: Relying on the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) system + servo motor drive, the cutting positioning accuracy can reach ±0.15mm, and the diagonal error is ≤±0.25mm/m². It can precisely meet the complex cutting requirements such as straight lines, curves, and irregular shapes (such as the arc surface of automotive glass, the splicing size of photovoltaic glass), avoiding the "hand-shake error" caused by manual operation.

The production line completely breaks away from the efficiency bottleneck of manual operation through "automated process connection":
Continuous operation: From "automatic feeding platform suction → cutting platform positioning cutting → air float platform separating", there is no need for manual intervention throughout the process. The cutting speed of a single line can reach 160-200m/min (some high-end lines are higher), and 1 hour can cut hundreds of standard-sized glass pieces, which is 5-8 times higher than manual cutting efficiency.
No intermittent connection: The feeding, cutting, and separation processes are seamlessly connected, without the need for manual handling and waiting.
