The CNC Double Head Cutting Saw is standard automated cutting equipment specially developed by Shandong Care Machinery for aluminum door, window and curtain wall manufacturers. Equipped with Delta original CNC touch control system, the machine supports fixed 45°, 90°, 135° three-angle switching cutting, with automatic positioning, pneumatic clamping and side push saw blade design.
It adopts German LESADE 500mm high-hardness saw blade, stable 2800r/min cutting speed, and the right head servo automatic feeding realizes 0–8m unlimited length cutting. The whole machine has passed CE safety certification, stable operation and high dimensional accuracy, which is the mainstream standard cutting machine for mass production of broken bridge aluminum, thermal insulation aluminum and plastic steel profiles.
