3. Using a 750w high-precision servo motor combined with a magnetic scale, the positioning accuracy can reach within 0.1 (mm).

4. Using self-developed software and a 10-inch touch screen. The stored data can be circulated wirelessly, the screen is simple and easy to operate. At the same time, the software can also realize the transmission size and positioning cutting at the same time without interfering with each other, thereby greatly improving the processing efficiency.

5. The double-rod cylinder wide sub-plate side-by-side pressing method is adopted to prevent the phenomenon of material jumping when cutting short materials and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
