CNC Vertical Glass processing machine is a new generation machine which is professional for glass deep processing. We adopt the TAIWAN SYNTEC CNC system combined with CARE software. It is fully auto-complete from pattern design to product processing. It can be used for cutting, drilling, milling, shaped notching, edge grinding and polishing on glass. First of all, make the drawing with CAD software, then transfer the CAD drawing to CARE software and set parameters. The code is generated. Last the machine can work according to TAIWAN SYNTEC CNC system's instructions. So it's a good choice for mass production for building glass, furniture glass, decoration glass and bathroom glass.

Vertical structure design, can work with straight line edging machine and vertical washing machine.

After the glass loading, glass is automatically transferred to the vertical glass processing machine head position for processing, after the processing is completed, the glass will be transferred to the next process.

High Precision and Consistency: Multi-axis linkage positioning accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.02mm; automatic thickness measurement, size compensation, and tool wear monitoring ensure uniform quality of batch products.

Flexible Adaptability and Expansion: Supports 3-25mm flat glass, laminated glass, Low-E glass, tempered glass, etc.; optional water jet cutting module (such as Systron proHD) for processing special-shaped / inner holes, suitable for shower room, all-glass entrance, furniture glass and other complex requirements.
