Abrasive Waterjet Glass Cutting Equipment adopts ultra-high pressure abrasive cold cutting technology, mixing high-pressure pressurized water (380~690MPa) with garnet abrasive to form supersonic cutting jet, controlled by full CNC servo system to finish arbitrary 2D/3D, irregular contour, through-hole, chamfer processing of all kinds of non-tempered glass.Different from traditional CNC knife-wheel glass cutting line (only straight/simple polygon cutting), this equipment realizes one-step forming of ultra-complex artistic patterns, special-shaped openings, laminated bulletproof glass, ultra-thin display glass which cannot be processed by conventional cutting, widely used in architectural decorative glass, furniture glass, automotive laminated glass, electronic display, bathroom mirror, art stained glass industries.
