The highest speed ever offered in India, a high-tech latest digital servo technology is used in the machine. The loading & unloading is done with the help of a loading tray and collection tray. The special design has made its operation jerk-less and smooth, which has reduced the breakage to virtually zero. With the help of change parts, variety of sizes can be accommodated in the machine. | This model is used for full / partial wrap around Labeling on thin diameter round containers. This machine is specifically designed for containers having dia. Less then than 30mm. and which are not stable on the conveyor. The Labeling is done horizontally with walking feeder type beam conveyor made from special engineering plastic to avoid damage to fragile containers like glass ampoules and vials. The unique spot wrap around system ensures most precise Labeling on the container and eliminates the skewing of label on it. Containers like ampoules, vials, lip stick, battery, marking pens, syringes, glue stick, inhaler etc. can be labeled with the help of this machine. The machine operates at the speed upto 120 containers/min. |

| This models is suitable for applicating sticker labels on top of any type, shape and size of container. Depending upon the size and shape of the container, the conveying arrangement can be designed such as PVC belt or slat conveyor with pusher. Containers like rigid / flexible IV bottles, boxes, jar lids, cassettes, corrugated boxes, blisters etc can be labeled on this machine. The machine operates at the speed upto 150 containers/min. depending upon label length. Configuration of the machine can be designed as per specific requirement such as folding the label on 2/3 sides etc. |
