Semi Automatic Models

This is a semi-automatic model used where in the production rate is very low. The machine operates at the speed of 25-40 containers/min (depending upon operators efficiency). The machine operates with the help of foot switch and manually the loading and unloading of container is done. SA.HC.40 is used for round containers and SA.HFC.40 is used for flat / oval / square / round or any other odd shape of containers where single side application is required. On-line printer can also be attached.

FOR ROUND CONTAINERS
(economical model)

This is an economical, intermediate between semi-automatic and automatic model and used for full / partial wrap around Labeling or round containers where the output requirement is moderate. This is a version of automatic model VSC/VLC only, but with shorter conveyor length where feeding of container is manually keeping the fix distance between two, depending upon label length. Synchronization of wrap around with conveyor allows single POT speed variation. The machine operates at the speed upto 60 containers/min. (depending upon operator’s efficiency and label length).
