Oil filling machine is also known as oil filler machine is used to fill lube oil, engine oil, edible oil and cooking oil in bottles and other containers in the filling ranges from 500ml to 20 liters by automatic volumetric filling with two heads, four heads or six filling heads. This oil filling machine is suitable for different size of bottles with different filling speed rate with accurate volumetric measures (+/-0.25%) per minute. General Description Of The Oil Filling Machine

  • VERSATILE
    Minimum adjustment required for setting different capacity from 500ml to 5000 ml with varying containers contours. The entire range should be able to set on the oil filler machine with minimum tools & no change parts required.

    FILLING SPEED
    The estimated filling speed of the machine is as follows:
    1 Liters                        35 Bottles per Min.
    5 Liters                        12-18 Bottles per Min.

    DRIP FREE
    The oil filler Machine is absolutely ‘drip free’ with well designed nozzles ensuring repeat recycling of sequences. Diving nozzle arrangement with drip tray is provided.

    ACCURACY
    Repeat accuracy of filling is +/-0.25% of the filled volume.

    SAFETY DEVICE
    “No bottles no fill” sensor will ensure that filling does not take place when bottles are not in alignment with the nozzle.

    ELECTRONIC CONTROLS
    The oil filling machine will be equipped with PLC for controls of function of the machines. Alphanumeric LCD display MMI (man machine interface) is used to display various messages. Volume settings are done on the touch key pad. Volume setting is easy, quick and to be able to set by touch keypad facilitates with minimum changeover time.                   
                                                          
    STANDARD ACCESSORIES
    The oil filling machine will be equipped with a separate pump set and 16eet motorized slat chain conveyor (6”SS slat chain).

    FLUSHING
    Suitable flushing system is provided is easy flushing in case of change over from 1 product to the other.

    CHANGE OVER
    Minimum change over time is required while changing from one pack size to other pack size.

    Operation :

    The oil filling Machine is having its own pumping system to connect the machine with the main / buffer tank of the product. The volume to be filling is measured by the measuring devices, which consist of multi piston positive displacement volumetric device. The flow of liquid is to be measured and converted in to electronic pulses by encoders and controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). All settings to be done on the MMI (man machine interface) keypad which is provided on the control panel.

    The machine is totally flexible, universal and “filler friendly”.

    • Drip free nozzles with drip tray for accidental drip.
    • Non contact electronic sensor to ensure “no bottle no fill” system.
    • PLC system with E100 HMI two line LCD displays and VFD control of C.G. make for conveyor speed control.
    • German measuring chamber for better repeatability of 0.05%. Having in built non liquid contact sensor for measuring rotation of chamber.
    • Body frame made up of M.S. with Powder coating.
    • Capable of automatic intake of empty bottles / container on to the filling station and discharge after filling bottles with the help of stop and release lever pneumatically operated.
    • Fast flow and fine flow system for better accuracy, interval can be steed form PLC, Volume would be steed individually for each nozzle with a increment of 1ml.
    • Neck entry system so that the nozzle enter inside the container before filling to avoid spillage.
    • 16 feet conveyor with 12 inches stainless steel slats and suitable for filling containers along with electric motor for main drive and conveyor reduction gear box and variable frequency drive.

    • Pneumatically operated Nozzle Up-Down movement & stopper Gates for bottle entry and exit.
